Every massage includes the option of various modalities such as hot towels, aromatherapy, cupping, and therapeutic magnesium cream at no additional charge. THE RELAXATION APPROACH
Relax and unwind during this full body Swedish massage with light to medium pressure. This massage will soothe your body and mind, transporting you to a tranquil state of relaxation.
THE DEEP TISSUE SESSION
Find relief from chronic tightness, tension and pain caused by overworked
muscles or injury. This therapeutic massage focuses on specific problem areas, with deep pressure applied during the massage. Adjustment of pressure to accommodate your comfort level. This service is beneficial for those with chronic muscle tension and pain.
THE PREGNANCY MASSAGE
Pregnancy massage is a gentle way to alleviate the discomfort associated
with this joyful, yet physically challenging time in a woman’s life. Receiving massage during pregnancy promotes health and well-being for you and your baby. Our pregnancy pillow allows moms-to-be to lay face down with maximized comfort, if they choose. Clients can book this session while in their second and third trimester.
THE EXPRESS SESSION
A 30 minute session to address the sinuses, scalp, and neck with a weighted jade mask and cryo-rollers OR a 30 minute stretch session to alleviate tight muscles and release tension.

DETOX
The Ionic Foot Detox is a seated, 30 minute session to detoxify your body through your feet! This foot soak uses water charged with positive and negative ions – electrolytes – which helps draw toxins from your body out through your feet through a process of exchange between the positive and negative ions in your body, and their opposite numbers in the water.

THERAPY
Red light therapy (RLT) is a treatment that uses low wavelength red light to reportedly improve your skin’s appearance, such as reducing wrinkles, scars, redness and acne. It’s also touted to treat other medical conditions.

UV & SUNLESS TANNING
We offer 4 levels of UV tanning, as well as sunless tanning! Tanning sessions can be purchased in a variety of packages; 1 visit, 5 visits, 10 visits, 1 month, and our Elite Club which requires EFT. Elite members receive 25% off of bottled lotions & upgrades. Elite memberships are offered at every level, including sunless! Members can tan in their level up to once every 24 hours and may also tan in any lower level bed.

Level 2 - 12 minute lay down bed with a facial tanner & bronzing bulbs
Level 3 - 9 minute stand up bed with bronzing bulbs
Level 4 - 12 minute lay down bed with a facial tanner, shoulder tanners, reflective mirrors and contoured acrylic
SUNLESS TANNING LEVELS
CalTan Dark Clear Solution - applied clear with a developing time of 4-6 hours
CalTan Rapid Dark Tinted Solution - applied with a visible shade of color that continues to develop over the next 2-4 hours
Both solutions are offered in light, medium or dark with the option of adding the CalTan Prep (hydration) solution pass
We recommend starting your tanning journey with lower minutes and slowly increasing your time in order to achieve a healthy, natural glowing tan, and to decrease the risk of over exposure/sun burn.
